Our conversion division, Roof Space Converters, won the  NSW MBA & HIA awards for building excellence in the Renovation and Extension category under $150,000 in 2007 and was a multiple Finalist in the NSW HIA awards in 2008.

The company was also a Finalist in the customer service category of the NSW HIA CSR  Building awards

Judge's Comments on 2007 HIA award winning entry:         

This attic conversion comprises two bedrooms and a large bathroom built within the existing roof as well as the addition of sympathetic dormers that provide light, views and headroom. The judges said the new extension has good cross-ventilation and takes advantage of water views.
