About Us

Attic Living’s origins date back to 1975, when CEO and Founder John Stewart first introduced the Attic Ladders concept to the Australian market. Since then, the team has installed Attic Ladders and associated products into over 50,000 Australian homes; subsequently helping families unlock their attic space, de-clutter their living areas and increase the value of their property.

We are especially proud that due to the standard of service and quality of product we offer, a high proportion of our sales are from customer referrals. We also now have customers from 25-30 years ago returning to us to replace their Attic Ladders!

Storage spaces

Our “Storage Spaces” product range has expanded to include full dust-proof rooms (for clean storage), flooring, ventilation and Attic Windows. We also offer specifiers a range of commercial application access ladders.

Living spaces

In 1989, we launched our MBA and HIA award-winning “Living Spaces” division called Roof Space Converters. If you are looking to use your attic space for an extra bedroom, bathroom, study or living area, this team can bring you ideas and inspiration. As a team of qualified and registered builders, they are also equipped to complete other renovation requirements simultaneously.
